Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy – FlightModsUK
This Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from FlightModsUK. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Nature of Products
All products sold by FlightModsUK are made-to-order 3D printed items, manufactured specifically in response to each individual order. Due to the bespoke and customised nature of these goods, they are classified as personalised items.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain cancellation and return rights do not apply to custom-made or personalised goods.
Accordingly, all sales are final, and FlightModsUK does not accept returns or offer refunds on 3D printed products, except in the limited circumstances expressly outlined within this Policy.
Minor variations in finish, layer lines, texture, or appearance that are inherent to the 3D printing process shall not be considered defects and do not constitute grounds for refund, replacement, or return.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Lost Goods
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers are entitled to receive goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
In addition, FlightModsUK will provide a remedy where:
- The goods arrive damaged; or
- The goods are confirmed as lost in transit.
To qualify for a claim:
- You must notify FlightModsUK within 48 hours of delivery, or within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date in the case of lost items.
- You may be required to provide satisfactory evidence, including clear photographic proof of the issue and packaging.
Where a claim is validated, FlightModsUK reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is the most appropriate resolution in line with applicable law.
3. Returns & Shipping Costs
Where a return is authorised by FlightModsUK:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- Returned goods must be sent using a tracked and insured service where appropriate.
- FlightModsUK shall not be liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under applicable law.
Any refund issued will apply only to the cost of the product, excluding delivery charges, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placing the order.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods.
- Cancellation requests submitted after 2 hours may not be accepted, as production may have commenced.
- Approved cancellations within the permitted timeframe will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
FlightModsUK reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests submitted outside of this timeframe.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightModsUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products.
Nothing in this Policy shall exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable laws.
6. Contact Information
For all enquiries relating to this Policy, including claims for damaged, faulty, or lost goods, customers must contact FlightModsUK providing:

FlightModsUK aims to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
