What started as a passion for flying across the globe on flight simulators quickly evolved into something far more ambitious—a fully operational cockpit, built from the ground up in what was once a spare bedroom. While the electronics were in place, something was missing. Gaps, exposed components, and unfinished areas took away from the immersive experience.

Determined to bridge that gap, we turned to 3D printing. By designing and producing custom panels to seamlessly frame each component, the cockpit was transformed into a clean, cohesive, and highly realistic Airbus flight deck.

That same philosophy now drives everything we do at FlightModsUK. What began as a personal project has grown into a trusted brand supporting cockpit builders worldwide. Through our Etsy store, we’ve proudly delivered to customers across the globe—from the USA to Australia—achieving over 1,000 sales in under a year, backed by consistent 5-star feedback.

Today, we collaborate with talented creators to expand and refine our panel range, while also working closely with SL3, the specialists behind the electronic components used in our own cockpit build.

Our cockpit frame itself was CNC-cut by Lasercutit in Cheshire, crafted to a true 1:1 scale of the Airbus A320 family cockpit—ensuring authenticity at every level, They also made a blog about us and Airliners Live from the builds.
